Warranty Close-out
At the final stage of the warranty program, our team reviews files for each purchaser ensuring all warranty and customer care matters have been resolved to satisfaction. We review all Tarion claims as well, communicating with their representatives to fully wrap up all submitted unit lists.
We then initiate the builder's technical audit via signing on with one of many local engineering firms (as required by law) to generate a deficiency list for the common elements of the development. Once this list is generated, our team gets started on vetting each item and determining the correct course of action for each item. The findings are shared with your construction team and the appropriate trades, at which time a schedule is drawn up on these repairs.
Our team carefully monitors this exterior and common element repair period ensuring the Tarion timeline is met. We generate reports on the progress and conduct regular meetings to debrief the builder on each phase of the work.
As this period comes to an end, we perform one last internal review to guarantee nothing is left behind, at which point we return any property and materials belonging to the builder and leave the project fully complete in the hands of the property management and condo corporations.
