Our Inspections team constructs your Pre-PDI and PDI schedules in accordance to the occupancy dates put forth by the construction team.
We contact each buyer and notify them of the exact location, date and time of the inspection, with strict adherence to safety protocols such as hard hats, steel-toe boots, safe paths in and out of the site and parking information, all designed to provide the best experience during their first viewing of their new home.
We accurately generate deficiency lists for each unit, supported by multi-media references where needed. At occupancy, we contact each buyer and notify them where and when to pick up their keys, at which time we also provide them with their welcome-package that contains all necessary details of their new property.
