We maintain regular contact with the purchaser, the trade, and the construction team to enhance our response and resolution times, ensuring no Tarion inspections of any kind.
Our teams produce weekly reports on completions along with incorporated target dates, notes and media references where necessary. Our reports also highlight the most common items and direct the builder's attention to these and other high-risk deficiencies, allowing the proper course of action between the builder and their trade partners for mitigation of repeat items on future phases and projects.
Wherever our Astra service technicians are required to complete major repairs on behalf of trades we make notes to provide the builder with the ability to backcharge the trade and save on additional costs.
