Deficiency Repair
Astra handymen rapidly deploy unit-to-unit, getting lists cleared up and warranty claims resolved. Our highly skilled teams are also ready to take on many structural, deep-rooted repairs where needed. There may be cases where the repair is urgent and the trade is unavailable, in these instances we highly recommend backcharging the responsible trades to save the builder on additional costs. Our teams are highly skilled with all types of flooring repairs, drywall repairs, stair repairs, framing work, paint, doorframe adjustments, closet and window repairs, and much more.
Our handymen always follow lists provided to them by coordinators and the customer care team and provide updated completion notes at the end of each day.
Astra handymen are courteous to the homeowners experience during the unit visits. They always use tarps, boot covers and safety equipment to guarantee the right results for the repairs needed. They also thoroughly clean up after themselves and treat the homeowner's unit with the utmost respect.
We understand purchaser's satisfaction to be critical to the project's success for the builder, and we do everything we can do ensuring their experience is one to rave about.
At Astra we 100% guarantee our work.
If our team is responsible for any additional work required due to their incorrect decision-action, we will isolate the scope of the necessary corrective work and internally cover the costs and perform repairs!
Our promise is to help save you money, never increase any costs!
